Our watches are equipped with high-precision Japanese quartz movements, recognized worldwide for their reliability and durability.
What material are watches made of?
All our VÖRA watches are made of 316L stainless steel, the same type used in high-end watches, with scratch-resistant mineral crystal.
Are they waterproof?
Yes, all VÖRA models are water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 meters), perfect for everyday use, showering, or light water activities. They are not designed for diving.
What is the size of the watch case?
Our VÖRA Classics models have a 40 mm case, designed for a timeless and elegant fit on all wrist sizes.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All VÖRA watches come with a two-year international warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Of course. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and standard shipping takes between 2 and 5 business days to mainland Spain. International shipping may vary depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on the destination country.

Can I adjust the strap size?
Yes. The steel strap can be easily adjusted by removing links. You can do this at home with a tool or at any jewelry or watch store.
